If you find that an order was not delivered on time, do contact us and we will check with the assigned florist right away. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, please contact the delivering florist or us within 24 hours of receipt of product, by email or phone, and we will cheerfully provide a replacement or make other appropriate arrangements.
